By accessing this website and/or booking services through Jalo Links, you agree to the following terms:


1. Company Information

Jalo Links provides:

  • Vehicle sourcing services

  • Auction vehicle inspections

  • Pre-purchase assessments

  • Salvage vehicle evaluations

  • Consultation services


2. Nature of Services

All inspections and assessments conducted by Jalo Links are:

  • Visual and professional opinion-based assessments

  • Non-invasive unless agreed in writing

  • Conducted based on information provided at the time

Jalo Links does not dismantle vehicles during inspection unless explicitly authorised.


3. No Mechanical Guarantee

Jalo Links:

  • Does NOT guarantee mechanical condition

  • Does NOT guarantee future vehicle performance

  • Does NOT provide manufacturer warranties

Assessments are advisory in nature.


4. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Bookings are subject to availability

  • Fees must be paid prior to or on the day of inspection

  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) may incur charges

  • No-shows may result in forfeited booking fees


5. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information

  • Ensure legal authority to request inspection

  • Ensure vehicle access at the scheduled time

  • Disclose known defects or prior damage


6. Limitation of Liability

Jalo Links shall not be liable for:

  • Undisclosed mechanical defects

  • Hidden structural damage

  • Future breakdowns

  • Loss of profit

  • Auction outcome results

Maximum liability is limited to the inspection fee paid.


7. Commission & Referral Structure

Where applicable:

  • Commission structures are internal agreements

  • Spotter and appraiser compensation is governed by internal contracts

  • Clients are not party to internal commission arrangements


8. Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, templates and materials produced by Jalo Links remain the intellectual property of Jalo Links.

Reports may not be altered or redistributed without written consent.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
